Can I amend or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
At Huzsy, we strive to ensure that your order is smoothly processed and shipped out as soon as possible. As a result, orders that have already been placed cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We provide a flat rate of 6 SGD for international orders. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouses will be sent by Singapore Post, ePacket or EMS, depending on the item(s) purchased.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Once payment has been received successfully, please give us up to 7 working days to dispatch your items. However, kindly note that shipping times are subjected to availability of merchandise. Orders may take longer processing times during holiday periods. We appreciate your understanding.
How do I track my package?
Tracking your package is pretty simple. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to our shipping carrier's website. Keep a look out for important details that will be included in the email.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping carriers, it will take 1-5 working days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.
What can I do if I have yet to receive my package?
