Orders & Payment


We offer different sizes for all items in our website. Each item comes with specific measurements. Kindly ensure that you follow the measurements given to choose the most accurate size for your purchase.

Instocks will be mailed the next working day (unless otherwise stated) after payment has been made. 

However, if your order contains both pre-order and instock items, we will mail the instock items together with the pre-order items. 


For SG customers, all items that are not in the Instocks page are based on a PO and will take an estimated duration of 7-21 working days to reach Singapore.

Once the items have reached Singapore, it will be mailed via free SmartPac Lite/Registered Mail. Please refer to Shipping for estimate delivery durations. 

We aim to meet these delivery times but deliveries may take longer during holiday periods. We have no control over unforeseen delays by our supplier and we will inform you accordingly if such delays occur. 

We appreciate your understanding for shipping delays and longer shipping durations. 


There is a possibility that your item might get sold out during the checkout process. The item will only be yours upon successful order processing. 


To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after you've made payment.


We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards (checkout via PayPal).

Additionally, we accept bank transfers for Singapore customers. Transfer the total amount indicated in the checkout page to POSB eEveryday Savings Account 421-61810-0.

Do take note that payment must be made within 24 hours. Orders that are not paid after 24 hours will be cancelled.
