Returns & Refunds


REFUNDS

Huzsy understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase and your satisfaction is our highest priority. 

You can request for a refund if:

  1. Your order doesn't arrive after the guaranteed delivery time
  2. You received a defective/incorrect item.

Refund requests will be rejected if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, choosing the wrong size/colour/item)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Huzsy (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of huzsy.com

For orders that hasn't arrive, you can submit refund requests within working 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired.

For items that are defective/incorrect, you can submit refund requests within 5 working days of receipt. 

You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page or email us at support@huzsy.com.

If your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

RETURNS

At Huzsy, we want to make the returns process smooth and easy.

Returns are eligible given the following conditions:

  • Item is not as described in the website
  • Item contains defects
  • Item is incorrect 

All return items should be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unironed, unaltered and purchased directly from Huzsy.com only. All items will be inspected on return.

The returns are your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure it is packed properly and least prone to damage on the way. Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us and we will strictly not be liable for lost mails.

Tracking information must be provided for all returns. Please drop us an email at support@huzsy.com so that we can advise on suitable delivery options for a safe and smooth delivery. 

Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene purposes.

Each of our items contain different sizing measurements, hence it is important that you refer to the size guide for accuracy. 

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

At Huzsy, we strive to provide high quality merchandise for our customers. If you received a defective/incorrect item, we truly apologize for this oversight and will promptly rectify this error. 

Defective/incorrect items are eligible for refunds. You may need to return these items and we will reimburse postage/shipping fees. 

Kindly note that an item is defective if

  • there is a manufacturing fault or
  • the item is extremely different from how it is portrayed in Huzsy.com.

Each item is measured by our manufacturers and a specific size guide is provided in the product description for all items. Thus, it is important that you follow the given measurements to choose the most accurate size for your purchase.

As the items are measured by hand, there is a risk of human error and there may be a 0.5-3 cm difference in the measurements provided. Such instances are beyond our control and we will not be held responsible. 

Additionally, there may be slight discrepancies of colour between the photo and the item received due to photo lighting conditions and different monitor resolutions. We will not be responsible for purchases made due to incorrect perception of colours.

In both cases, the items will not be considered defective, thus refund requests will be rejected. 

If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please email us at support@huzsy.com within 5 working days from package arrival. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • For defective items:

Please email us with these details:
(1) your name
(2) order number
(3) clear pictures
(4) detailed description of the issue 

  • For incorrect items sent to you:

Please email us with these details:
1) your name

(2) your order number
(3) clear pictures
(4) the product name, size and colour details of the incorrect item

Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition - attached with original tag(s), unworn, unwashed, unironed, unaltered and purchased from Huzsy.com only.

Huzsy will reimburse the postage/shipping fee if your request is approved. You may need to return the items and we will refund you accordingly. 

Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from Huzsy.com.
